Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites: scope, schedule, vendors, and field execution.
  • Coordinate installation and integration of BMS and EPMS sensors, meters, and control hardware with construction and commissioning.
  • Own the vendor relationships: procurement handoff, delivery timing, and field support when it breaks.
  • Track every site's controls scope to done, with punch lists that actually reach zero.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites.
  • You've herded electricians, integrators, and vendors to a date without owning any of them.
  • You read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings well enough to catch a scope gap.
  • You've recovered a slipping installation without burning the team.
  • Your punch lists close because you drive them daily.
  • Bonus: BMS and EPMS platforms. Data center construction. Commissioning coordination. PMP or equivalent.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
