Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment maintenance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Industrial Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Experience with spare parts inventory management and personnel supervision.
• Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems, and ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robotics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine and Unscheduled Asset Performance (UAP) downtimes.
• Conduct labor analysis for Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform weekly and monthly downtime analysis reporting.
• Administer preventive maintenance software and generate standard maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) meetings and train personnel on preventive maintenance topics.
• Oversee maintenance of extraction systems and support overall operational efficiency.
• Implement and track weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines.
