3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment maintenance.
3 to 5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
Proficient in Industrial Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Experience with spare parts inventory management and personnel supervision.
Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems, and ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robotics.
Responsibilities
Analyze machine and Unscheduled Asset Performance (UAP) downtimes.
Conduct labor analysis for Maintenance Technicians.
Perform weekly and monthly downtime analysis reporting.
Administer preventive maintenance software and generate standard maintenance procedures.
Coordinate weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) meetings and train personnel on preventive maintenance topics.
Oversee maintenance of extraction systems and support overall operational efficiency.
Implement and track weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines.
