Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Significant progressive accounting leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading financial close processes and coordinating audits.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting; Infor XA experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in leading and developing an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to produce timely financial statements and reports.
• Guide core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance, including documentation and testing support.
• Oversee product costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accurate margin analysis.
• Act as the main accounting contact for internal and external audits, managing schedules and documentation.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash controls, and accounting support for treasury and tax.
• Collaborate across departments on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance improvement.
• Enhance accounting processes through automation and financial system improvements.
• Lead and coach the accounting team, setting clear expectations and fostering talent.
