CONTROLLER | GLOBAL MANUFACTURER | NEWPORT NEWS, VA

We're partnering with an established global manufacturer to identify an experienced Controller for its Newport News, VA operation.

This is a key leadership role created as part of a planned retirement/succession, offering the opportunity to step into a stable operation and lead the local accounting function while working closely with both U.S. leadership and an international finance team.

What you'll own:
  • Lead and develop the local accounting team
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting
  • Provide financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Partner directly with the General Manager and global finance leadership
  • Support manufacturing costing and operational analysis
  • Coordinate year-end reporting, tax and external CPA activities
  • Lead finance-related projects and process improvements
