Full Job Description
Controller Responsibilities Oversee and manage all accounting functions Overseeing financial reporting & budgeting. Ensure timely and accurate billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. Coordinate with managers / owner to review project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance 5-10 years accounting experience is a MUST Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks) Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work with owners and other team members Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
