This Isn't Just Another Controller PositionA Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Controller who can take ownership and play an important role in a growing company.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, work directly with leadership, and help shape the financial side of a growing company.

What You'll DoYou'll take ownership of the company's accounting function and play an important role in supporting the company's continued growth.
- Own the company's day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Support cash management, budgeting, and financial planning
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiency
- Provide accurate financial information and insight to leadership
- Take ownership of accounting projects and initiatives
This is a hands-on position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable both thinking strategically and getting into the details.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong Excel and accounting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable being the primary internal accounting professional
- Strong communication skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Public accounting or CPA firm experience is a plus
