Qualifications

• Oversee financial and accounting system and staff
• Manage daily operations of accounting department and customer service
• Establish and maintain organizational structure and staffing
• Reconcile dealership bank accounts daily
• Prepare regular reports for corporate office
• Develop monthly budgets and financial statements
• Forecast quarterly financial goals to ensure profitability
• Process insurance claims and manage liability insurance
• Review financial statements with accounting staff
• Handle taxes and government filings
• Meet with department managers to strategize for profitability
• Oversee HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
• Cross-train accounting personnel for flexibility
