You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for contract development, administration, and compliance across the full contract lifecycle.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for managing contracts from capture through award and all phases of administration, while providing business advice and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, planning, and scheduling of proposals in accordance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
- Coordinate cost, schedule, and technical inputs from functional departments to create comprehensive bid/price strategies.
- Serve as the authorized company representative to customers, building effective relationships and resolving contractual issues.
- Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, and mentor junior analysts on contract best practices.

Basic Qualifications- Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts
- Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
- Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships; must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high value customer relationships
- Maintain versatility and flexibility in demanding situations
- Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) experience
- Ability to contribute positively to a diverse knowledge teaming environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the skill to quickly pivot between tasks as priorities arise
- Experience interpreting and negotiating standard USG FAR /DFARS regulation.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
