Contracts Administrator
ActioNet is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator who is looking for a long-term career opportunity. This fully remote position provides acquisition lifecycle support for assigned opportunities, from capture and strategic teaming through proposal, contract award, administration, and closeout.The ideal candidate will have strong government contracting experience and be comfortable supporting programs and internal customers across different time zones. This role will primarily support West Coast business hours, with occasional flexibility to support Hawaii and Asia-Pacific (APAC) customers and teams as needed.

The Role Includes the Following Responsibilities
Negotiate non-disclosure and teaming agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors.
Analyze solicitations and provide proposal support, including development of assumptions, terms, and conditions.
Provide guidance and advice to Executive Leaders and Program Managers regarding proposal and contractual risks and obligations.
Partner with other Service Organization personnel to provide integrated and seamless support to mission delivery teams.
Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with the government and prime contractors.
Support ad-hoc projects, including due diligence and Joint Venture activities.
Mentor delivery teams on the acquisition process, including current contracting trends and best practices.
Participate in training and industry association meetings to maintain awareness of regulatory and policy changes.
Lead contractual sections of proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions.
Support contracts and internal customers across multiple time zones, with a primary focus on West Coast schedules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of contracts experience in a government contracting environment. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience working with government contracts in a federal contracting environment.
Experience with contract types including CPFF, FFP, and T&M.
Experience negotiating with government and industry partners.
Knowledge and experience with GSA Schedules and GWACs.
Experience supporting a variety of federal customers, preferably including Defense agencies.
Experience supporting multiple programs and internal customers simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of government contract terms and conditions.
Knowledge of contract flow-downs and other government requirements.
In-depth understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS, particularly regulations related to procurement and subcontracts.
Experience working in an approved purchasing system environment.
Recent experience with Deltek Costpoint.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Ability and willingness to primarily support West Coast business hours, with flexibility to support Hawaii and Asia-Pacific time zones as needed.
