Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including progress notes and medication administration records
Assist with resident daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional resident care
