We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to collaborate on one of our projects in the aerospace sector.

Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean and operational excellence initiatives while supporting teams in optimizing their processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workshop facilitation, combined with strong leadership skills.

Rôle et responsabilités :
Nous recherchons un(e) Lead en amélioration continue pour piloter des initiatives Lean et d'excellence opérationnelle, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l'optimisation de leurs processus. La personne recherchée possède une solide expérience en Lean Manufacturing, amélioration continue et animation d'ateliers, ainsi que de fortes capacités de leadership.
Responsabilités principales:
  • Piloter des projets d'amélioration continue et d'excellence opérationnelle transverses
  • Mettre en œuvre des méthodologies Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen et résolution de problèmes afin d'optimiser les processus et générer des résultats mesurables
  • Animer des ateliers et événements Kaizen, de résolution de problèmes, d'analyse des causes racines et de cartographie des processus
  • Accompagner et coacher les équipes et gestionnaires dans l'adoption des pratiques d'amélioration continue
  • Assurer le suivi des projets, des KPI et des bénéfices réalisés
  • Collaborer avec différentes équipes et sites à l'échelle internationale

  • Expérience en animation d'ateliers et d'événements Kaizen
  • Fort leadership, excellentes capacités de coaching

  • Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
  • Certification Six Sigma Green/Black Belt ou PMP, un atout
