Decimal.health seeks a Consultant. Lead and execute strategic life sciences advisory engagements with pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health companies to develop and implement transformative digital health strategies

Description

Decimal.health seeks a Consultant. Lead and execute strategic life sciences advisory

engagements with pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health companies to

develop and implement transformative digital health strategies. Coordinate cross-

functional project teams, including junior staff, to deliver complex multi-workstream

client engagements within specific therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurology, rare

diseases, immunology, or endocrinology (non-exhaustive). Develop comprehensive

partnership strategies and initiate strategic partnerships between life science companies

and digital health organizations, including negotiation support and relationship

management. Conduct advanced market analysis and opportunity assessment, including

competitive landscape evaluation, market sizing, and revenue projection modeling for

healthcare products and services. Design and facilitate high-level stakeholder workshops

with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and commercial teams to drive strategic

decision-making and consensus-building. Lead internal studio initiatives focused on

creating scalable digital health solutions and methodologies, including oversight of

product development and go-to-market strategies. Drive thought leadership initiatives and business development activities, including authoring white papers, speaking at industry conferences, and representing the company in client meetings. Mentor and develop junior team members through training program design and facilitating trainings. Must have Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Must have 2 years of experience in management consulting, digital health, or healthcare innovation, including experience with the following:1) Use of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, dashboard), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Think-Cell and Visio to create client deliverables related to healthcare strategy;

2) Use of qualitative analysis methods such as thematic and content analysis, Root Cause

Analysis (RCA) frameworks, and gap analyses to extract structured insights from subject

matter expert (SME) and stakeholder interviews in the healthcare delivery field; 3) Use of

data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, and ArcGIS to analyze healthcare datasets

and derive strategic insights; 4) Use of public datasets (e.g., Census.gov, CDC, Bureau of

Labor Statistics, ClinicalTrials.gov FDA's 510(K) Premarket Notification and

Registration, EUDAMED, and the MHRA Public Access Registration Database) to

conduct quantitative analyses and assess population demographics, disease prevalence,

healthcare access, status of medical devices and Software as a medical device; and 5)

Ability to analyze Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies to identify
