About This Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Controllership professional with a strong background in manufacturing environments to support financial operations, accounting oversight, and business performance. This role will partner closely with finance and operational leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring deep controllership expertise, experience within manufacturing organizations, and familiarity with major ERP platforms.

What You Will Work On
• Lead and support controllership and accounting functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
