Tasks & Responsibilities:- As part of our Infrastructure Team, you will support clients across the full range of asset-management planning horizons, from immediate maintenance and renewal needs to long-term strategic infrastructure planning.
- Transform client goals into actionable concepts for asset management, including condition assessment, deterioration modeling, lifecycle strategies, and long-term renewal planning.
- Engage in iterative planning processes that refine and evaluate alternative asset-management strategies until feasible, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions are identified.
- Coordinate with clients on specific project components and provide expertise on infrastructure stewardship, State of Good Repair planning, and long-term capital investment strategies.
- Act proactively as Task Manager for project modules and work closely with Project Managers to ensure meaningful deliverables, and timely delivery.
- Mentor Analysts, guide cross-functional teams, and play a key role in driving asset-management projects forward.
- Assist clients in solving strategic infrastructure challenges, such as maintenance and renewal prioritization, funding allocation, and lifecycle-based decision-
- Perform research and quantitative analyses related to asset condition, deterioration curves, lifecycle cost modeling, maintenance strategies, and infrastructure renewal planning.
- Conduct and coordinate studies, lead workshops, and create effective communication and presentation material for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leverage knowledge of transit operators, agencies, and rail asset classes (track, structures, power, signaling, facilities) to strengthen asset-management consulting engagements.
- Write technical reports documenting methodologies, analyses, assumptions, lifecycle models, planning iterations, and findings.
- Create visualizations that clearly explain complex asset-management concepts, financial implications, and long-term planning outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the development of client relationships and identify opportunities for future engagements within the asset-management and infrastructure domain.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Urban Development, Engineering or Business. A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in transportation, railway, infrastructure, or asset-management-related consulting or project work.
- Understanding of transit operators, infrastructure agencies, and rail asset classes, including basic knowledge of maintenance practices, renewal cycles, and lifecycle planning.
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions to complex infrastructure and asset-management challenges.
- Demonstrable project experience, including the ability to perform under pressure and independently manage project modules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex asset-management topics clearly to senior management.
- Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analyses, modeling, and presentations.
- Passion for improving infrastructure stewardship, long-term planning, and asset-management practices in the mobility and transportation sector.
Working Conditions and Travel:Minimal overnight travel by land and air.

We offer an annual gross salary between
$98,000 and $113,000 + bonus(USD) for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
