Consultant, Fund Administrator will be working independently most of the time, this position is responsible for performing fund accounting and fund administration activities for Integrated Portfolio Services clients. The IPS Fund Administration team provides clients with monthly net asset value calculations and financial reporting, annual draft financial statements, and comprehensive tax and audit support. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial activities while delivering high-quality service to clients and their investors.
MAJOR DUTIES
- Review monthly fund and business entity closing summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze and report financial data for distribution to clients and their investors.
- Complete the monthly close of fund books and records and produce final performance results.
- Partner with clients and other Integrated Portfolio Services teams to develop a thorough understanding of fund activities and transactions.
- Prepare annual and interim financial statements for funds and investment vehicles.
- Work directly with external auditors to support the audit process and ensure the accuracy of each fund’s annual financial statements.
- Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
- Interact with committees, senior management, and other key stakeholders as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter resource and mentor to junior team members by providing technical guidance and support.
- Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in fund accounting and maintain a broad understanding of related business areas.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work that requires minimal revision.

EXPERIENCE
A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, financial services, asset servicing, or a related industry is preferred. A related professional qualification, such as a CPA, is preferred.

Salary Range:
$74,200 - 126,200 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
