Required
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Strongproficiencyin MS Office Suite
- Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sections
- Detail-oriented withstrong communicationskills for effective collaboration
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability tooperatea company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
- This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
Preferred
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or current registration for the F.E. exam
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS Software, and/orHydraflow/HydroCAD
- Prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering
- Willingness to travel for field work
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a remote/hybrid environment,maintainingclear communication on schedules, deliverables, and priorities
- Assistin civil/environmental design and project support, including:
- Erosion and sediment control plans
- Stormwater management plans
- Permit application preparation
- Participate in field work, sampling, construction monitoring, and reporting
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects across diverse geographies
- Ensure compliance with ERMs world-class Health and Safety Program
For theConsultant, Engineering position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$74,200$103,200(USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus paysubject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
