Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle

RGP is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to partner with leading organizations on high-impact initiatives that strengthen financial operations, improve business processes, and support strategic transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of engagements, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to address complex accounting, finance, and operational challenges. The ideal individual is a trusted advisor who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a consultative approach to solving business problems and driving meaningful results
What You Will Work On
Finance transformation and process improvement projects
ERP implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations involving SAP or Oracle
Carve-out, divestiture, separation, and integration activities would be helpful
Internal and external audit support and remediation efforts a plus
SOX compliance, risk management, and internal controls enhancement
Month-end close optimization and accounting process improvements
Financial planning, analysis, and operational finance initiatives
Assessment and redesign of finance operating models and organizational structures
Cross-functional projects involving accounting, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders
Development of executive-level presentations, business recommendations, and project deliverables
Management of project timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
10-20 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, advisory, or transformation roles
Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP and/or Oracle

Big 4 public accounting or advisory experience preferred
CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta three days per week
