Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably in K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD
Experience managing large projects over $20 million
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
Proven leadership and communication skills with subcontractors
OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
