In this role, you will manage a high volume of similarly scoped projects, including LED lighting upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, and capital improvement initiatives, concurrently across dispersed geographic locations. We're looking for someone with strong field-level construction expertise, the ability to manage competing priorities across a large project portfolio, and the collaborative skill to work closely with construction project team members and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
What your day-to-day will look like:

- Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout, standardizing execution approaches to maintain consistency across sites.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, proactively escalating risks and issues.
- Collaborate closely with construction project team members and cross-functional partners across engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement.
- Coordinate with local site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders to align delivery with site-specific needs.
- Partner with design-build and turnkey service providers, monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Track project-level budgets, costs, and savings, supporting validation of ROI, energy reduction, and sustainability outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using program management tools, including Ingenious.Build.
- Conduct site visits to uphold a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Required qualifications:
- 5–10 years of building construction experience, including demonstrated success managing 20+ projects simultaneously across a distributed portfolio.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including conducting site visits that involve walking job sites, climbing stairs, and inspecting facilities.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate project schedules or client needs.
- Working knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and design-build delivery methods.
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.
- A solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic, multi-site environments.
- A proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, or institutional property management.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, LED lighting retrofits, or sustainability-related construction scopes.
