3-5 years of project management experience on commercial general contractor projects valued at $5M or more
Experience in healthcare, commercial, or retail renovations, especially in occupied buildings
Strong communication skills for building relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Sage 100
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities

This isn't a role where you wait for direction. You'll manage client relationships, drive schedules, control budgets, and lead your project team from kickoff to closeout with the full support of a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization behind you.
What you'll be doing
You'll own all aspects of your assigned projects: client relationships, subcontractor management, scheduling, billing, change orders, and comprehensive closeout. You'll be the trusted point of contact for clients and a driving force on site alongside your superintendent. Weekly OAC meetings, daily cost tracking, and proactive problem solving are part of the rhythm.
