Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR), is excited to invite a dynamic and growing Project Manager to join our expanding team. Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations, specifically publicly funded programs.

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:

* Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution.
* Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for compliance to contractual responsibilities.
* Coordinate client engagement within overall program, facilitate the decision making process.
* Monitor budget, schedule and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution
* Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects
* Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff

The qualifications.

* Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
* 4-8 years building, design and construction experience in the following areas: project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field
* Experience working for an Owner's Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred
* Construction cost estimating experience is desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
* Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate for this opportunity
* Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travel

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $130,000-$160,000
