Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing commercial, multifamily, and high-rise construction projects. This role requires a professional with 6-12 years of relevant work experience who can effectively oversee all aspects of complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project designs meet client requirements and comply with local building codes and regulations
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final handover
    • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Team Management and Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
    • Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise during the project
  • Budget and Cost Control:
