Qualifications

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to define project scope and feasibility.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to adhere to budget targets.
• Identify and obtain necessary permits and licenses for projects.
• Determine required resources and manage them within budget limits.
• Plan construction operations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise material logistics and monitor inventory levels.
• Hire and manage contractors to ensure efficient project completion.
• Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports on budgets and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Coordinate communication with Community Management regarding project impacts.
• Conduct field inspections to supervise project progress.
• Assist in problem-solving with Property Management and Facilities Management.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with diverse developments.
• Prepare presentations and weekly project updates for internal teams.
• Travel for onsite supervision 40-50% of the time.
