Job DescriptionDewberry is seeking a Project Managerto work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area.To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and possess a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification. Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders and maintaining as-builts. Site Manager experience is required.

- 6+ years relevant experience

- Excellent communications and client relations skills
- Must have the ability to manage field staff and work as a team player
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Salary Range
The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
