Construction Project Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing residential construction projects, particularly in coastal Orange County.
• Proven experience with budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyouts, and change orders.
• Strong plan-reading skills and knowledge of California building codes and inspections.
• Familiarity with construction PM software like JobTread or Procore and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials of assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships through superior service.
