Overview:
The Construction Manager positionis responsible foroverseeing infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead project administration activities such as RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, and closeout documentation as applicable.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and internal disciplines to resolve issues andmaintainproject progress.
Support constructability reviews, value engineering, commissioning, startup, and owner training.
