Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
• Extensive experience in both ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and coordination.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design, schedule, building codes and safety standards.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, in-house workers, and inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and MEP contractors to resolve technical issues in the field.
• Obtain and review bids from subcontractors and vendors when needed; negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure the best value for the project.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the corporate office regarding project progress, issues, and milestones.
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all work complies with OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily site walks, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or risks.
