Construction Manager
As we continue to deliver on our promise of A Better Home, we're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple residential projects from due diligence through completion. You'll play a key role in delivering well-crafted homes and communities, ensuring every project reflects the quality, integrity, and homeowner experience that define Mosaic.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years' experience as a construction project manager working on a variety of project types from wood frame townhomes and apartments, to concrete residential high-rise condos.
You have a track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion, and have established a strong network of trade partners, and built great trade relationships.
Your experience includes leading a site team and working with consultants and a multidisciplinary in-house project team. You have strong budgeting, tendering, and contract administration skills.
Finally, you have a valid BC driver's license and are comfortable driving to sites around the Lower Mainland. You are a team player who brings out the best in others and are passionate about the homes you build.
