  • Review and evaluate contractor schedules, phasing plans, payment applications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning of complex building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, specialty equipment, and building automation systems.
  • Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk management throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, occupancy approvals, and facility turnover.
  • Ensure construction activities are planned to minimize operational impacts on adjacent transportation facilities.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, schedule updates, and project performance metrics.
  • Mentor junior construction management staff and contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
