Construction Manager
Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Construction Manager to lead the execution of retail construction projects from pre-construction through store turnover. This role will partner closely with internal teams, general contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the brand's quality standards.
What you can expect
• You will lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion and store turnover
• You will develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules
• You will conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to plans
• You will lead punch walks and coordinate timely completion of outstanding items.
• You will manage the general contractor bidding process, including bid solicitation, scope review, leveling, and recommendations
• You will review project estimates, bids, and budgets for accuracy and completeness
• You will review, validate, negotiate, and approve change orders in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience, preferably in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other multi-site environments.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and budgets.
• Experience managing general contractors and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to review estimates, bids, and change orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
• You are eligible to work in the US and located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area
