Position Details: Position Type: Full Time/Contract (9+ months with possibility to extend)
Location: Washington, WV
Shift: Days; 40 hrs per week during prep period; 7/12s with fatigue days every 14 days during turnaround execution (Spring 2027)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and construction.
- The successful execution of all the site construction works in accordance with the project schedule, cost and other KPIs.
- Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution.
- Maintain a strong and effective professional working relationship with the Project Management, Client, interfacing EPC's, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the Construction General Manager, Site Project Manager and Senior Project Manager as required.
- Support Management of Change process, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely manner.
- Support and promote the implementation of the Project Safety, Security and Quality plans.
- Support and promote the implementation of the Project Execution Plan.
- Provide contractor field management in all outage phases for assigned contractors, including safety, timesheet verification, field oversight, change orders, and QC verification.
- Uphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas.
- Complete close out and documentation as required by Client's standards and procedures.
- Overall responsibility for the construction work.
- Overall responsibility for safety on the constructions site .
QUALIFICATIONS: - 10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, fixed equipment design packages, and pipe specs.
- Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP, Primavera P6.
- Experience with a variety of heavy equipment preferred.
- Experience with piping design and understanding of ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3
