Construction Manager

Position Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing suspended access projects from planning through execution. This role leads field operations, ensures safety and quality standards are met, manages labor and materials, and serves as a key partner to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive construction industry ecperience and a commitment to operational excellence.

Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (based on business need)

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities.
  • Conduct site inspections, field measurements, and reviews of engineered drawings to support project planning and execution.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor job costs, manage change orders, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot field issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and operational records.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise, site evaluations, and project recommendations.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise field personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
