3-5+ years of supervisory experience on large-scale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).
Data center new build or retrofit experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with union telecom crews and labor compliance preferred.
Preferred certifications: OSHA30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BICSI Technician (TECH), BICSI RCDD.

Model and enforce Black Box's Accident-Free Everyday safety culture.
Drive the development and implementation of project plans and site logistics.
Maintain and manage 5-week lookahead schedules and daily progress tracking.
Oversee daily field operations to meet production goals and schedule milestones.
Serve as the senior SME for data center low voltage and structured cabling installations.
Guarantee compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, and customer specifications.
Act as the main construction operations liaison for the client.
