A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION JOB SITE LEADER - FOREMANFrom the moment you step on-site, you're the go-to expert ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. As a Construction Job Site Leader - Foreman, you'll:
- Oversee remodeling and framing projects for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage schedules, work orders, and materials like the pro you are. Interpret project plans.
- Lead your team by example, solving challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Keep clients, crews, and managers in sync to deliver outstanding results every time.

QUALIFICATIONS- Leadership experience as a foreman
- Extensive experience with remodeling and framing, both residential and commercial
- Scheduling experience
- Experience reading plans
- Work order management experience
- Material acquisition and project management experience
