  • Set clear expectations and ensure consistent execution of Linx's sales process
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance management as the US team expands

Drive New Business

  • Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, targeted outreach, and strategic prospecting
  • Support your Growth Driver in winning new business and expanding territory presence

Manage the Sales Cycle
  • Qualify leads, develop proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Guide your Growth Driver through complex sales cycles and customer engagements

Build Relationships
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with decision-makers
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service and long-term value from Linx solutions

Leverage Technology
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call systems, live chat, email) to manage your pipeline and improve efficiency
  • Ensure your Growth Driver maintains accurate, high-quality CRM activity

Analyze & Strategize
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
  • Support technical and commercial strategy within your territory
  • Identify opportunities and refine your team's sales approach

Collaborate for Success
  • Work closely with Marketing, Service, and Sales leadership to share insights, shape campaigns, and drive growth
  • Act as the link between field activity and regional leadership, providing feedback and recommendations

What You'll Bring
  • Leadership capability with a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar
  • Experience or interest in coding and marking technology

Your Experience
