Experience with both face-to-face and virtual patient interactions.
Familiarity with documentation and patient communication protocols.

Conduct six face-to-face visits along with virtual consultations weekly.
Manage patient documentation and phone communications effectively.
Collaborate with a team of Nurse Practitioners on patient treatment plans.
