Inspect fiberglass and composite structures for damage, defects, wear, and dimensional discrepancies.
Repair damaged fiberglass components by removing damaged material, preparing surfaces, and restoring structural integrity using approved repair methods.
Cut, trim, grind, sand, shape, and finish fiberglass materials using pneumatic and electric tools.
Mix polyester, epoxy, vinyl ester, or other approved resins, catalysts, and hardeners in accordance with technical specifications.
Apply fiberglass matting, cloth, and reinforcing materials to repair areas and molds to specified thicknesses and contours.
Manufacture, assemble, and repair fiberglass molds, tooling, and support fixtures as required.
Apply body fillers, fairing compounds, sealants, primers, and protective coatings to restore surfaces and achieve required finishes.

Perform dimensional measurements using standard precision measuring instruments.
Fabricate replacement fiberglass panels and structural components when repairs are not practical.
Maintain work areas, tools, materials, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
Document repairs, modifications, and fabrication activities in accordance with program requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, quality personnel, and customer representatives to resolve technical issues.
Support prototyping, reverse-engineering, lifecycle extension, and sustainment efforts for customer systems.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of customer mission requirements.
