A Composite Materials and Process Engineer to support Syensqo's long-term technical and business growth in the Americas region, within the Aerospace and Defense market segment team. Applications Engineering is the technical excellence organization within Customer Engineering, responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction by leading the development and adoption of new and existing technologies in the composites industry.

You will bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Material Science discipline.
Minimum 3 plus years demonstrated work experience including: problem solving, research and development, project management, effective communication with stakeholders, relationship building, and identification of new opportunities in aerospace composite structures.
Minimum of 2 plus years' experience on reviewing composite part designs / drawings for manufacturability / specification compliance.
Minimum of 3 plus years' experience on Research and Development of composite materials and processing technologies including simulation.
At least 3 plus years in working and understanding of the aerospace industry including OEMs, their suppliers, various programs, aerospace quality systems, composite testing requirements, statistical process control and capability, etc.

Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,800 to $140,000 per year. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
