Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Coordinate high-volume, high-transactional workflow of our corporate compliance team, including
- Annual resolutions for British Columbia and Federal corporations
- British Columbia and cross-Canada registrations and annual filings
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and implement compliance processes and procedures
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to paraprofessionals in relation to corporate compliance
- Assisting with various special projects related to compliance and corporate governance
- Perform billable corporate compliance work 50 - 75% of your time
Key Competencies
- Paralegal Diploma and/or equivalent relevant work experience
- A minimum of 10 years9 experience in the area of corporate compliance work
- Experience with Corporate Database technology (cloud-based technology, an asset)
- Knowledge of iManage, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills in planning and prioritizing workflow, multi-tasking and attention to details
- Ability to succeed in a multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative and strategic mindset
- Adaptable to variable priorities and deadlines, to best serve our clients9 business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a desire for continuous improvement

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on level of experience, region/location, and other factors.
