Role Overview
The Stock Plan Administrator leads the end-to-end management of Lockheed Martin's global equity compensation programs, including PSU, RSU, and LTI Cash awards. This role collaborates with key internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Global Mobility) and external vendors to ensure accurate award processing, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and employee education.

Key Duties
• Execute the end-to-end administration of all global equity and long-term incentive (LTI) programs, including grant issuance, communication, retirement eligibility events, vesting events, and cash payouts
• Calculate and process equity transactions with high accuracy, ensuring proper global tax withholding, trailing liability tracking for mobile employees, and timely reporting to local payrolls and Legal.
• Prepare equity data for the Proxy, e.g., Grants of Plan Based Awards Table and Footnotes, Outstanding Equity Awards Table, Stock Vested Table, Payments Upon Termination Table and Footnotes, and PVP Table.
• Enforce and maintain SOX controls, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal equity policies.
• Manage equity management platforms, perform cross-system data reconciliations, and generate reporting to support ASC 718 financial accounting and internal/external audits.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employee equity inquiries, designing and delivering clear educational materials regarding plan mechanics, vesting, and tax implications.
• Partner strategically with HR, Legal, Accounting, Payroll, and Global Mobility to implement policy enhancements, execute mobile employee tax tracking, and streamline transaction workflows
• Identify, design, and deploy process improvements and automation tools to increase operational efficiency, reduce scaling risks, and eliminate manual data entry.

Leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and incentive plan policies, procedures, practices, and programs. Responsible for subordinate employee recruitment, development, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, recognition, and disciplinary actions. Provides guidance and makes recommendations to line managers and generalists on all compensation issues; and interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices. May be responsible for executive compensation, HRIS functions, incentive plans and stock option administration. Communicates or oversees communication of compensation philosophy, plans, and incentives programs to all employees.

Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience administering complex equity and incentive vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, LTI Cash, and Dividend Equivalents) within a large, publicly traded corporation.
• Strong working knowledge of SEC rules, U.S. federal/state tax regulations, and internal SOX controls for equity compensation; experience managing international tax compliance and mobile employee tracking is highly preferred.
• Proven proficiency with enterprise equity management platforms; specifically, Morgan Stanley at Work ShareWorks, SAP, and advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of maintaining strict data confidentiality and detail accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, deadline driven corporate environment while managing multiple competing priorities with flawless execution.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation to assist plan participants at all levels. Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Global Mobility.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP Level 3) designation or actively pursuing certification, strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ASC 718 accounting principles and their impact on equity compensation and the corporation's financial statements.
• Experience with global mobility equity compliance and familiarity with other international securities regulations.
• Experience using AI writing assistants to accelerate drafting, brainstorming, or summarizing tasks.
• Experience participating in equity system implementation, data migration, or advanced reporting automation projects.

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $168600.00 - $313200.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $151800.00 - $281800.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $134900.00 - $250500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $121400.00 - $225400.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
