Job Description
Support the broader BXTI Communications team in developing and executing clear, engaging communications that advances the firm’s technology priorities and enhances the employee experience. Based in the Miami office, in this role you will help draft content, coordinate internal communications across key channels, drive adoption through marketing materials, support events and leadership engagements, and partner with stakeholders across BXTI and other corporate functions to drive awareness of technology initiatives across the firm.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Strategic Communications Planning: Assist the broader BXTI Communications team in Miami and New York to support the planning efforts and creation of newsletters, technology updates, incident communications and other high-visibility engagements. Help coordinate communications across email, Blackstone’s intranet site and other internal channels.
Content Development: Draft and edit communications, presentations, talking points and supporting materials while also assisting in translating technical information into clear, engaging content.
Technology Adoption & Training Communications: Partner with the firmwide Technology Training team to promote new products, tools and technology initiatives. Support the development of user guides, training materials, videos and other communication assets.
Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating Miami office town halls, leadership speaking engagements and training sessions. Help prepare event materials, agendas, talking points and run-of-show documents.
Operations & Reporting: Champion our communication tools, track communication metrics and assist with reporting on engagement and effectiveness while also maintaining project trackers and communication calendars.
Qualifications
Candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills and an interest in technology. Candidates should be self-motivated, confident, team-oriented individuals who work well in dynamic environments. Strong writing, analytical, research, evaluation and presentation skills are key, in addition to:
2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of internal communication strategies
Experience using PowerPoint and other design tools
A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with demonstrated capability to quickly adapt to new technologies
Well organized and detail oriented, with the capability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with experience effectively working relationships across teams and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels

Expected annual base salary range:
$80,000 - $95,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
