As a CommissioningProject Manager in our Washington, D.C. office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and create a more sustainable future for all. Here's why we need you: In this role, you will lead rewarding projects with a hands-on approach, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers from project conception though occupancy. Within this position, you will also participate in project interviews, providing high-level client service, establishing long-term partnerships, keeping abreast of market trends, and ensuring resolution of all technical and service issues. Expertise of our most successful Project Manager: 3030 10+ years in consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across core design disciplines. 3030 Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction for projects of all sizes. 3030 BS in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited program 3030 Recent experience in the Healthcare, Science & Technology, Higher Education, or similar market sectors performing project management for large and/or complex projects. 3030 Ability to travel to client sites where project development opportunities exist (depends on assignment). 3030 Professional registration is a plus.
