US Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial leadership and commercial decision support to the US Commercial organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commercial Leadership to drive profitable growth through rigorous performance management, sales analytics, pricing governance, funnel analysis, and financial oversight of commercial activities.
The Commercial Finance Manager serves as a trusted business partner, delivering actionable insights on orders, revenue, pricing, profitability, and sales productivity. This role will identify risks and opportunities, challenge business assumptions, and ensure commercial decisions are supported by sound financial analysis and aligned with organizational objectives.
This position reports to the US Commercial Finance Director and is part of the US Commercial Finance Team located in Deer Park, IL and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with commercial leadership to manage reporting and KPIs across orders, revenue, funnel, pricing, productivity, and profitability, delivering analysis and insights that support growth and financial performance.
- Lead pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis to evaluate commercial actions and optimize profitable growth while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Provide financial oversight and analysis of commercial investments, including incentive programs, marketing initiatives, customer programs, and other expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and expected returns.
- Support month-end and quarter-end business reviews through variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and action planning to achieve commercial and financial commitments.
- Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives, including territory optimization, resource allocation, growth investments, productivity improvements, market expansion, and process standardization efforts.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, sales finance, FP&A, or business analysis; OR a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial business drivers, including orders, revenue, sales funnel management, pricing, profitability, and customer performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with sales and commercial leaders in a fast-paced environment, providing both strategic guidance and operational support.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights for commercial and executive leadership.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience utilizing ERP, business intelligence, and performance management systems such as SAP, Power BI, OneStream, or similar platforms.

The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
