Full Job Description
As the Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing new commercial business, while maintaining a portfolio. While loan product is important, cross selling with current and prospective clients is a key element of this role.

How you'll spend your time:

  • Serves a conduit for all product lines and matches client needs with appropriate products.


  • Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting new business and making appropriate referrals.


  • Maintains portfolio by calling on existing customers to expand existing business, ensure excellent client relations & proper servicing of account(s).


  • Manage loan & portfolio credit quality.


  • Negotiate credit arrangements and prepare credit memoranda and supporting documentation for presentation to the loan committee.


  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range:
