We are seeking an experienced Property Claims Team Leader to oversee a team of adjusters handling property losses across personal, commercial, specialty, and excess lines. The role provides technical guidance, operational leadership, and performance management. As a subject matter expert on coverage, valuation, liability, excess, and reinsurance, the Team Leader supports adjusters in the timely investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims. The Team Leader is accountable for team performance on claim quality, regulatory compliance, and timely closure.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 (5) years of commercial property management experience
- Active or expired adjuster license in any state.
- Demonstrated expertise in large loss and litigated claims.
