Project Superintendent Cleveland Construction is looking to add Project Superintendent for a high end hotel project in Savannah, GA to serve as the primary on-site leader.This role requires travel and extended stays at job sites to drive construction from initial setup through final turnover.
Key Job Functions- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, submit daily logs and field reports
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to maintain productivity and contract compliance
- Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a secure job site for all workers and visitors
- Inspect workmanship and materials to verify adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage municipal and jurisdictional inspections and drive punch list completions.
What You Need- 7+ experience as a GC Superintendent on large scale commercial construction projects
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, MEP building systems, plus proficient in construction management software
