Commercial Program Manager– Small BusinessEnergy Savings
Hybrid | Atlanta Metro preferred | Georgia

To support our growth, we are currently seeking anexperienced Program Managerfor our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) division to lead and grow ICFs energy efficiency programs in Georgia. You will lead the development and management of our Small Business Energy Savings (SBES) program, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement programstrategiesand plans.This position will need to effectivelyinterface withstaff and clients locally in Georgia.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement programs through detailed management plans, quality control, and evaluation processes

  • Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and marketing specialists (internal staff and subcontractors) to meet program goals

  • Build andmaintainstrategic partnerships through in-person and virtual engagement

  • Assistwith program forecasts, budgets, and goals

  • Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance program performance

  • Coordinate with regional and national teams to align strategies and share best practices

  • Oversee daily operations of program staff

  • Drive adoption of energy-efficient technologies byleveragingmarket knowledge and stakeholder relationships

  • Track progress and report results internally and to the client

  • Travel locally within Georgia up to 30% for client meetings, and program events

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)

  • 5+ years of experience developing designing and administering successful energy efficiency and demand reduction programs for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits and/or related experience

  • Valid drivers licenserequired

  • Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.

  • Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning toidentifythe strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches to problems

  • MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Compensation: Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary up to $127,500. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidates location, experience, and other relevant factors.


Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$98,614.00 - $167,644.00
