Full Job Description
Masco is hiring a Manager of Commercial Performance Analytics to strengthen and scale the reporting and dashboard capabilities of its enterprise Commercial Performance Management (CPM) team. As the company builds greater consistency and efficiency in enterprise-level commercial performance reporting, this role will improve recurring reporting, enhance dashboard usability, and translate performance management needs into practical, scalable reporting products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Reporting Delivery Across CPM Domains
  • Own the reporting and dashboard domains for second- and third-party commercial data, including Price Monitoring and Masco POS reporting, as well as first-party Level 1 enterprise KPI dashboards. Ensure these reporting products are refreshed, stable, and delivered with high quality and reliability for enterprise and business unit stakeholders. Help reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency as automation and data-improvement efforts progress.
  • Serve as Product Owner for CPM Dashboards
  • Own dashboard quality, usability, and ongoing product evolution. Translate recurring reporting needs into user stories, dashboard requirements, and visualizations that are clear, useful, and scalable across businesses and stakeholders. Work closely with the Sr. Program Manager to ensure each KPI and visualization is designed to support specific recurring decision processes, with clear use cases, intended users, and business actions in mind.
  • Partner Across BU, IT, and Data Governance Teams
  • Work with BU analysts, CPM stakeholders, and partner teams to gather and formalize requirements for enterprise reporting and dashboards. Partner with IT and Data Governance where governed data, new data ingestion, or formalized reporting solutions are required. Support submission templates and reporting mechanics for CPM-owned measures so reporting can scale without creating unnecessary burden on the businesses.
  • Support a More Efficient Enterprise Performance Model
  • Help scale cross-BU dashboards for the Center and support the ongoing improvement of Level 1 KPI reporting. Contribute practical systems thinking to dashboard structure, recurring reporting routines, and reporting workflows so reporting supports more repeatable and effective decision processes. • Experience gathering business requirements through stakeholder interviews and translating them into reporting or dashboard solutions.
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort working across business, IT, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to improve recurring reporting processes while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or cross-business reporting environments strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating reporting and dashboard products that leaders and business unit teams trust, use, and rely on. Enterprise and BU stakeholders spend less time rebuilding reports, debating definitions, and responding to ad hoc requests, and more time acting on a clear view of commercial performance. Dashboards become easier to use, easier to maintain, and more scalable across the business, helping CPM deliver a stronger source of truth for Level 1 performance and enabling more focused, productive, repeatable discussions across Masco.
