What You'll Do- Manage complex commercial litigation matters and support case strategy.
- Conduct and defend depositions, handle party and third-party discovery, and prepare for oral arguments.
- Produce strong legal research, briefs, and advocacy writing.
- Work directly with shareholders and participate in client-facing activities and business development.
What You'll Need- J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
- 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Case management experience and experience leading oral arguments.
- Experience taking and/or defending depositions.
- Significant party and third-party discovery experience.
- Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar, or active steps toward Texas admission.
